All services are results-oriented, but outcomes vary based on the client’s commitment and personal circumstances. Coaching does not replace medical, legal, or psychological care.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments are securely processed via Stripe or direct deposit
Prices are listed in AUD (unless stated otherwise) and may include applicable taxes
Full payment is required before access is granted
Due to the nature of digital and coaching services, refunds are not provided once access is granted or sessions are completed, except in extraordinary cases and at our discretion
4. Session Booking & Cancellation
Sessions must be booked in advance via our scheduling platform
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session without refund
Emergencies will be considered with compassion
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to session materials, downloads, hypnotherapy recordings, and frameworks like the P.O.W.E.R. Framework, remain the intellectual property of Next Jen Therapy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these without written consent.
6. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific results. Your transformation depends on your openness, effort, and consistency. Our tools are highly effective but are not substitutes for licensed medical or mental health care.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Jen Therapy is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
